We all know that sleep and relaxation is an important key to overall health and well- being.  In this workshop discover herbal remedies that promote restful sleep and tranquility. 

We'll delve into various herbal preparations, including teas, tinctures, and aromatherapy blends, to help you incorporate these herbs into your daily self-care routine. Using the accompanying herbal kit, you'll also have the opportunity to create your own customized herbal tea during the workshop to help you catch those restful zzzzz’s. You will also be guided through ways to source and select high-quality herbs, as well as preparing them for optimal potency and effectiveness.
